Leave the A9 at Inverness, following signs to Fort William (A82). Cross the Harbour Road roundabout and then the Rose Street roundabout, still following Fort William (A82).
At the Shaw Street roundabout, take the second exit, following signs to Beauly (A862), then and the Telford Street roundabout, take the last exit, still following Beauly (A832).
Go straight across the small roundabout by PC World, then over the Caledonian Canal swing bridge and straight across the traffic lights still following Beauly (A862).
Follow the A862 along the Beauly Firth for about 10 miles, before crossing a bridge over the River Beauly. Just after the bridge, turn off left signposted Struy and Cannich (A831) (in fact the ‘left turn’ takes you straight ahead while the main road bends sharp right towards Beauly at this point).
Turn right after 2 miles, signed Farley, then left at the T junction after half a mile. After a further 100yds, fork left down a no through road, signed Farley.
Half a mile down this road, it turns sharp right. The lodges are on the right hand side, 20 yards after the bend. Daviot Lodge is the second on the right.
